NexDooo was founded by three senior operators who, after years inside scale-ups and consultancies, refused to spend the rest of their careers explaining why someone else's strategy was the reason results were average. We started NexDooo to do AI implementation the way it should be done — with senior people, fixed-fee diagnostics, evaluations before deployment, and a complete refusal to ship anything we would not stake our own name on.
We are EU-based, remote-first, and deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a founder. There is no offshored second team, no rotating juniors, no 'delivery partner' we hand you off to.
NexDooo's founding team combines three backgrounds that are individually strong and collectively rare in the AI consulting market.

One founding partner brings senior-level commercial leadership: years of building and managing client relationships in IT services and staffing across the Benelux, with an active network reaching C-level at major Belgian and European employers. The role inside NexDooo: opening doors, sensing where AI value lives in a business, translating between technical reality and business priorities.

Solution design, delivery and technical screening
A second founding partner brings deep delivery experience: closing complex deals, screening senior technical talent, briefing offshore engineering teams, and shipping production AI systems for mid-market clients. Already operating four-plus months inside a high-velocity AI consultancy, with hands-on experience in the LLM-application stack — RAG, agents, evaluations, MCP.

Vision, business-technology bridge, and team building
A third founding partner brings five years of building and leading a digital implementation business from inside — sales, hiring, P&L, capacity management, and the strategic positioning of a services company. Combined with two months of obsessive, full-time work inside the AI tooling stack (Claude Code, agentic systems, the modern AI development environment), this is the bridge between business intent and technical execution.
The three founders are deliberately complementary, not redundant. One opens doors. One closes deals and ships work. One sees patterns and builds the bridge between business and technology. Together: a founding team that can sense, sell, design, deliver, and operate AI inside an SME without ever needing to subcontract the parts that matter.
