NexDooo
AI Implementation Partner · EU

AI that does the work.
Not AI that does the talking.

We are an AI-first implementation company. We design, build and operate the agents, automations and AI systems that move real numbers inside real businesses — quietly, accountably, and without the theater.

Production-grade. Senior-led. Fixed-fee diagnostics. EU-based.

Why we exist

Every week another AI demo lights up your feed. Almost none of them survive contact with a real P&L, a real team, or a real customer. We exist for the work that begins after the demo ends — the integrations, the evaluations, the guardrails, the human handoffs, the change management. The unglamorous parts that decide whether AI becomes infrastructure inside your business or just another line item your CFO eventually kills.

How we engage

Two tracks. One outcome.

Most partners pick a side: pure consultancy, or pure dev shop. We refuse to. The teams that actually win with AI in 2026 need both — sharp judgement on what to build, and senior engineering to ship it. We do them in parallel and treat them as one job.

Capabilities

What we actually build.

Six capabilities, composable across every engagement. We bring them; you bring the business problem.

  • 01

    Production AI agents

Agentic systems with real tools, real memory and real guardrails. Not chatbots. They take actions, hand off to humans when uncertain, and run inside your stack.

  • 02

    Workflow automation

Event-driven flows that route documents, draft replies, update systems and escalate edge cases. Human-in-the-loop until the metrics earn full autonomy.

  • 03

    RAG & knowledge systems

Hybrid retrieval over your messy SharePoint, Drive, Confluence, S3 or DMS. Evaluated for accuracy. Maintained as your knowledge changes.

  • 04

    Custom copilots

Embedded AI inside your CRM, ERP, ticketing or internal tools. Where your people already work — not yet another tab to forget about.

  • 05

    Evals, guardrails & ops

Shipping is not the same as trusting. We build the evaluation harness, the guardrails, the cost ceilings and the production telemetry before a single agent goes live.

  • 06

    MCP & integrations

Native Model Context Protocol servers, REST and event integrations, legacy adapters. We make your AI talk to the systems that actually run your business.

Inside the build

What an engagement looks like, in one screen.

We work in the open. Source, prompts, eval suites and dashboards belong to you from day one.

Engagement

5-day Diagnose → fixed-fee proof of concept

In a 5-day Diagnose engagement, we identified four AI use cases across the client's quotation, knowledge management and production workflows — together representing roughly €140K of identified value. The client selected the highest-leverage use case (an intelligent quotation and similarity-search system) as a proof of concept. First production deployment was scoped at 4–6 weeks. The remaining three use cases sit in a sequenced 12-month roadmap.

Outcome (typical)

Roughly 60% reduction in time spent on quote preparation; engineering hours redirected from search-and-retrieve to actual engineering.

The pointAI value in real businesses is rarely a single big-bang feature. It is a portfolio of focused, evaluated use cases — sequenced, measured, and shipped one at a time.

Method

Diagnose · Design · Deliver · Operate

A method you can plan around. Four phases, each with fixed deliverables and a clear exit. You can stop after any of them — and you keep what we built.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

5–10 business days · fixed fee

Where AI is real leverage in your business — and where it isn't.

  2. 02

    Design

    2–4 weeks

Architecture, models, evals, integrations, change plan.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    4–16 weeks

Iterative shipping with weekly demos to real users.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Ongoing · monthly retainer

We monitor, evaluate and improve in production.

Principles

Five we don't compromise on.

  • 01

We tell you when AI is the wrong answer

If a SQL query, a rule engine or a better-designed form solves it, that's what we'll recommend. We don't get paid for AI for AI's sake.

  • 02

    Evaluations before deployment

No agent reaches production without an eval suite, an owner on your side, and a metric that decides whether it stays.

  • 03

    Senior by default

Every engagement is led by senior engineers and strategists. No rotating juniors, no learn-on-your-project, no offshored second team.

  • 04

    Human-in-the-loop until earned

Autonomy is a permission an agent earns by passing evals over time. Until then, a human signs off on the actions that matter.

05

Built for the new economics

An AI-native firm should not look like a legacy consultancy with an 'AI practice' bolted on. We deliver with senior teams a fraction the size of traditional consultancies, and we pass that efficiency through to fixed-fee, value-based pricing. No body-shopping. No ramp-up tax. No four-person meetings where one person could have answered the email.

Common questions

Things people ask before the first call.

  • Are you a consultancy or an engineering shop?

Both — and we refuse to be just one. The teams that win with AI need sharp judgement on what to build and senior engineering to ship it. Splitting those across two vendors is how most AI initiatives quietly die.

  • Why NexDooo and not the consultancy we already use?

Three reasons. First, speed — a focused use case ships in 4–8 weeks, not 4–8 months. Second, structure — our teams are AI-native and senior-only, which means lower headcount-to-revenue and no junior-rotation tax passed on to you. Third, ownership — every line of source, every prompt, every evaluation belongs to you from day one. If your incumbent partner can match all three, keep them. Most cannot.

  • Do you have proprietary AI?

No. We build with the best frontier models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and open-source where it makes sense. Lock-in is your problem to avoid, not ours to create. The architecture, the evals and the source belong to you.

  • What size company do you work with?

European SMEs and mid-market companies, roughly €5M–€100M in revenue. Big enough that operational friction shows up in real numbers, small enough that decisions get made in weeks, not quarters. We are equally at home inside a 40-person scale-up and a 400-person mid-market business.

  • How fast can we get from zero to a deployed agent?

A focused use case ships to production in 4–8 weeks. A broader transformation runs 3–6 months and is sequenced so something is in production every 4–6 weeks.

  • How do you handle data privacy and the EU AI Act?

We design for EU residency by default, isolate customer data, and align every engagement with the AI Act risk tiers. Governance is part of Diagnose, not an afterthought.

  • Where are you based?

EU, remote-first. We work across CET-aligned time zones and operate in English, Dutch, French and Italian.
